Agreement

By accessing or using VerifiedWin at verifiedwin.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

VerifiedWin lets you create professional achievement records, share verification links with colleagues, and publish verified achievements on a public profile. Features may change as we improve the platform.

Accounts and eligibility

You must sign in with a valid LinkedIn account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use VerifiedWin.

Your content and achievements

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VerifiedWin a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content as needed to operate the service (including showing verified achievements on your profile and in search results when visibility settings allow).

You represent that achievement descriptions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not infringe others' rights or violate applicable law.

Verification process

Verification links are intended for colleagues who can attest to your work. You are responsible for sending links to appropriate verifiers. Verifiers authenticate with LinkedIn and independently decide whether to approve or decline. VerifiedWin records verifier identity and audit metadata but does not guarantee the accuracy of every verification.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent achievements.
• Harass verifiers or abuse verification links.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform without permission.

Plans, billing, and API

Free and paid plans may include usage limits (for example, achievement counts or API rate limits). Paid features are subject to the pricing shown in the dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

VerifiedWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Verification reflects a colleague's attestation at a point in time and is not a legal certification, employment guarantee, or background check.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerifiedWin and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using VerifiedWin at any time and delete your account from Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the platform or other users.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
